What is your children travel policy?

All children crossing the border under the age of 18 must have an adult or guardian. Infants are to be supervised at all times and secured in seats while the vehicle is on the road.

What types of payment are accepted?

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS over the phone and in person. Also cheques are accepted by mail or in-person.

When is the final payment due?

We require a deposit when bus is reserved, and need a full payment before 24 hours of departure.

What is your cancellation policy?

In order for cancellation we require 48 hour notice.

What type of identification is needed to cross the border?

Everyone must have a valid passport, if children ages 16 and under born in Canada, you may provide a birth certificate.

What is my duty free limits from America?

24 hours or more, you can bring in CAN$50 worth of goods free of duty and tax; if the goods you bring in are worth more than CAN$50 in total, you cannot claim this exemption. Instead you have to pay full applicable duties and taxes on all goods you bring in. 48 hours or more, you can bring in CAN$400 worth of goods free of duty and tax; 7 days or more, you can bring in CAN$750 worth of goods free of duty and tax. Alcohol and Tobacco - Restrictions apply to the amount of alcohol and tobacco you can bring into Canada under your exemption. If you have been outside Canada for at least 48 hours and are of legal age, you can bring in these amounts of alcohol and tobacco products free of duty and tax as part of your personal exemption:

Alcoholic beverages:
1.14 L (40 oz.) of liquor; or
1.5 L of wine; or
24 X 355 ml (12 oz.) containers of beer.

Tobacco products (all of the following):
Two hundred cigarettes;
Fifty cigars or cigarillos;
Two hundred tobacco sticks; and
Two hundred g (7 oz.) of manufactured tobacco.

If you bring in more than the free allowance of alcohol or tobacco, you will be required to pay the applicable duties and taxes.

Do we provide personal travel insurance?

Our vehicles are fully passenger protected. Our liabilities cover all passengers during travel on the bus. But health insurance and other medical emergency insurance must be obtained privately. If you have further questions about travel insurance you may call our office and talk to one of our customer service representatives.

What is not included in quotes?

Customers are responsible for all tolls charges, parking fees, admissions, permits, bridge fee and drivers accommodation on overnight trips unless specified.
